Entries can be submitted online – £25 entry fee, £5 for specators.

Categories include:

  • Patterns
  • Point-Stop Sparring (Yellow to Green Belts – Juniors ONLY!)
  • Continous Sparring (All Other Junior Belts and All Adult Categories)
  • Breaking/Destruction (Blue Belts and Above – Adults ONLY!)
