Quedgeley Schools of Tae Kwon-Do

Under the guidance of WMST, Quedgeley ‘Little Ninjas’ Tae Kwon-Do is ideal for younger members (4+ years) with an interest in Martial Arts. A safe and fun environment for these child only classes are also a great way to help any child build confidence, boost fitness, improve co-ordination and make new friends whilst learning something new.

The Little Ninjas are taught under the watchful eye of Mrs Manjit Kalcutt, 5th Dan and her team of black belts. Mrs Kalcutt has over 21 years experience in Taekwondo and her instructor is husband and chairman of WMST Master Amrit Kalcutt, 7th Dan. Mrs Kalcutt started Taekwondo in 1998 and became Black Belt in 2004.

Mrs Kalcutt is a fully qualified instructor with the British Tae Kwon-Do Council (BTC). She is also fully DBS checked. Mrs Kalcutt has over 15 years fighting experience and has won several prestige competitions including:

  • WUMA World Champion 2018
  • PUMA World Champion 2014
  • Ladies Team Silver medallist at the TAGB World Championships
  • AIMAA European Champion
  • Silver medallist at the 2nd AIMAA World Championships 2004
  • Scottish Open Champion
  • British & English Champion

Mrs Kalcutt is also a fully qualified referee and umpire. She is a qualified first aider.
